Tai Chi is safe and is suitable for everyone, male or female, young or old, unfit or super-fit, people with or without a disability.

Aims:

The aims of this day are to review knowledge from the introductory course and gain a further/advanced understanding of:

• The principles of Tai Chi
• The external choreography and internal aspects of the 18 Shibashi Exercises and perform them in sitting and standing
• How to adapt and integrate Tai Chi exercises into clinical practice
