No charge will be made for substitutions. If circumstances occur that cause us to cancel a course you will be given a full refund.

T&Cs For Hosted Courses

Procedure:
When you book this course I will provisionally reserve your preferred date.
An invoice will be sent which is due for payment within 30 days (unless otherwise specified). No deposit is required.
A week before the course I will contact you to finalise details for the course and for a list of attendees.

Requirements:
The course requires a warm, large hall/gym with good acoustics (approx 80 sq.metres based on the maximum of 20 participants but please contact me if in doubt). The usual number on the course is between 18 – 20, but I have done groups as low as 10.
The only equipment required is a flip chart stand, 2 tables (1 to set up the register etc and 1 to put my course notes and resources books, articles etc on) and chairs (preferably without arms) for participants to sit on.
The course is a 1-day course and if required the start and finish times (9.30am–4.30pm) can be changed slightly for convenience.

CPD Requirements:
A Certificate of Attendance will be issued to each participant when the course is completed.

Cancellation Policy:
There is no cancellation charge provided the cancellation is at least 4 weeks before the course date. If less than 4 weeks notice is given then a cancellation charge will be made for any non-recoverable costs incurred for booked accommodation and transport. If circumstances occur that cause me to have to cancel a course you will receive a full refund. Tai Chi Exercises is not liable for any additional expenses you may have incurred through cancelling the course.

T&Cs For Online Courses

CPD Requirements
A Certificate of Completion will be issued to each participant when the course is completed (participants must attend at least three of the four online sessions to receive the certificate).

All of the materials and training is general in nature and is not intended to provide a specific course of treatment. If a participant requires individual advice they should consult with the relevant health care or medical practitioner.

Participants are advised that they should be in good health and have adequate space to exercise, that there are no disruptions, such as children or pets and to use a large screen such as a laptop or tablet and that a phone screen is not suitable and that they are well hydrated and wear loose clothing and low heeled shoes suitable for exercise etc.’
