This live, tutor-led course is delivered by Ros Smith, Chartered Physiotherapist and Tai Chi Instructor, via Zoom. It covers the same core content as the Adapted Tai Chi Exercises Online Self-Paced (Individual) Course – Part 2, but is delivered in an interactive, real-time group format. The course is organised in partnership with NHS trusts, hospices, and other healthcare organisations.
Building on the foundations of Part 1, this interactive course deepens your understanding and practical application of Tai Chi in healthcare settings.
