Terms and Conditions for the Self-Paced Adapted Tai Chi Exercises Course
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of the Adapted Tai Chi Exercises online course (“Course”). “Course” means the Adapted Tai Chi Exercises Course, including Part 1 and Part 2, offered by Tai Chi Exercises and available at
https://www.taichiexercises.co.uk.
By purchasing or accessing the Course, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
2. Course Usage and Access:
● Upon purchase, you will receive access to the Course materials for personal, non-commercial use.
● Your access credentials are personal to you and may not be shared, sold, or transferred.
● The Course is self-paced and available online with lifetime access.
● You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Certificates:
● Upon successful completion of the Course, participants will be eligible to receive a Certificate of Completion issued by Tai Chi Exercises.
● This certificate is provided for personal enrichment and recognition of participation only. It is not an accredited or formally recognised qualification and does not certify professional competence or licensing in any field.
● Tai Chi Exercises makes no representation or guarantee that completion of the Course will satisfy any professional, regulatory, or continuing professional development (CPD) requirements.
4. Pricing and Payment
Course fees are as stated on the Tai Chi Exercises website at the time of enrolment. All prices are listed in pounds sterling (£) and include any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Tai Chi Exercises reserves the right to amend course fees at any time, but any changes will not affect enrolments that have already been confirmed and paid for.
From time to time, Tai Chi Exercises may offer promotional, discounted, or special pricing. Such offers are valid only for the period stated and may be amended or withdrawn at any time. Promotional pricing does not apply retrospectively.
Full payment must be made prior to accessing the Course materials. All payments are non-refundable once access to the Course materials has been granted, except as required by law.
5. Cancellations and Refunds:
● Following purchase of the Course, participants are required to register on the Tai Chi Exercises website. Access to the Course materials is granted manually and is typically provided within 24 hours of registration.
● You may cancel your enrolment and request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that access to the Course materials has not yet been granted.
● Once access to the Course materials has been provided, you acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (distance selling rules) will end once access is provided.

6. Course Changes:
Tai Chi Exercises reserves the right to update, amend, or withdraw Course content, structure, or delivery method at any time. Such changes will not materially disadvantage participants who have already enrolled.

● All Course content, including videos, written materials, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Tai Chi Exercises and protected by copyright laws.
● You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly share any part of the Course without prior written consent.
● Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
8. Health and Safety Disclaimer:
● The Course provides general guidance on adapted Tai Chi exercises for wellness and mobility. It is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
● You are responsible for ensuring that you are fit to participate in light physical activity. Consult your GP or healthcare provider before beginning any exercise programme, especially if you have any existing medical conditions or concerns.
● You undertake all activities at your own risk. Tai Chi Exercises is not liable for any injury or damage resulting from participation in the Course.
9. Technical Requirements:
● You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary internet connection, device, and software to access the Course materials.
● Tai Chi Exercises is not responsible for technical issues caused by your device, software, or internet provider.
● The Course videos are compatible with commonly used browsers and devices to help ensure smooth access for participants
10. Limitation of Liability:
● Tai Chi Exercises provides the Course for personal enrichment and wellbeing purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional, medical, or health advice.
● To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tai Chi Exercises is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Course, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
● Our maximum liability to you for any claim relating to your purchase or use of the Course is limited to the amount you paid for it.
● Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
