Short Description:
This live, tutor-led course is delivered by Ros Smith, Chartered Physiotherapist and Tai Chi Instructor, via Zoom. It covers the same core content as the Adapted Tai Chi Exercises Online Self-Paced (Individual) Course – Part 1, but is delivered in an interactive, real-time group format. The course is organised in partnership with NHS trusts, hospices, and other healthcare organisations.
The course introduces healthcare professionals to adapted Tai Chi and how to integrate these mindful, effective exercises into clinical practice..
The 4-week course consists of:
- Four 2-hour live Zoom teaching sessions
- Downloadable course booklet
- Video lessons and quizzes
- Case study videos
- Access to recorded live sessions for future reference
