Please read the following terms and conditions which have been kept to a minimum and made as clear as possible.
Booking:
The full course fee is due at the time of booking.
Places are limited on all courses and will be allocated on receipt of payment. Places cannot be reserved without payment of the full course fee.
If you are applying for funding from your employer who requires it to be paid directly to the course provider the course fee still needs to be paid by yourself at the time of booking. Any payments made will be refunded in full when the course provider receives payment from the trust/employer.
Cancellation:
If you cancel your course place for any reason and it is less than 14 days before the course date then the course fee is payable in full.
Cancellations made greater than 14 days before the course date will receive a refund of the course fee less a £10 administration charge.
Substitutions may be made at any time up to the start of the course. The substitute should provide a completed application form either before or on the course date. No charge will be made for substitutions.
If circumstances occur that cause us to have to cancel a course you will be given the option of transferring to another course or receiving a full refund.
Tai Chi Exercises are not liable for any additional expenses you may have incurred through our cancelling the course.
CPD Requirements
A Certificate of Attendance will be issued to each participant when the course is completed.
