How much does the course cost?
The cost of all courses for 2012 will  be  £90 per participant.  This includes providing a set of comprehensive course notes to each participant.

Do I need experience of Tai Chi?
No previous experience is needed for the first course.
For part 2 you must have attended the first course.

Are refreshments provided?
Coffee, tea and biscuits are provided. Participants should bring their own lunch.

Can places be reserved without payment?
Places cannot be reserved without payment.
We try to keep the cost of this course as low as possible and if payment has not been made it is frequently very difficult and time consuming to obtain payment from employers after the course date. Also if reserved places are not taken it is not fair to other applicants who will have been told the course is full.

How do I get to the course location?
When we confirm your place this will usually be done by email and the details will include either a map or a web link to the location.

Can other people attend the course?
The course is advertised principally for Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Technical Instructors and Assistants  but is open to other professionals in relevant disciplines. Students are very welcome to attend. Previous attendees have included students, nurses  and exercise instructors.

Will I be able to use the exercises immediately?
After the course you should be capable and confident enough to use relevant exercises with individuals or small groups of clients.

What should I wear?
It is recommended that you wear loose comfortable clothing and low heeled shoes. Although I always try to ensure the halls are warm it is advisable to bring a sweater.
